Each class will consist of a warm-up, coordination techniques and then actual self-defense techniques (defense and counter-offense). The programme will take place over 16 classes. It is advisable to miss as few classes as possible (none missed would be the best!) because the pace of this programme will be quick. There is a lot of material to cover in a very short period of time. Depending on the number of students, there may be more than one group of classes. In which case, if you miss a class from group A, you can always catch-up with group B.

 

The programme is designed to get the body fit and in-shape (because we simply don't get enough exercise between January and April), the mind clear and disciplined (supplemented with a meditation period at the end of each class) and get the spirit prepared for the unexpected (you never know when a little self-defense could come in handy).
