The defense part of the program as well as the counter-offensive part will consist of the remaining time in each class throughout the term. As the term progresses, students will learn the self-defense techniques first and then move on to the more advanced counter-offensive techniques at the end of the term.

Rule of Self-Defense:

1.         No knives, no guns. 16 classes does not make you an expert in disarming someone. What you learn is for an unarmed attacker.

2.         If you ever encounter a knife or gun, do as your attacker says until you feel that there is a reasonable chance your attacker                               might cut, shoot or kill you.

3.         If your attacker grabs any part of your body or clothes (collar or arm), let him/her have it. Defend with whatever limbs you have                                  free.

4.         There are no "fight" rules when your life is in danger – anything goes…
