Every class will consist of all or some combination of the following warm-up activities:

 

Cardio & Muscular

 

Jumping jacks

Push ups

Sit ups / crunches

 

Joint Rotations:

 

Neck

Shoulders

Arms

Torso / trunk

Back

Quads

Hamstrings

Knees

Ankles

Wrists

Fingers
